How to scan a QR Code on an iPhone

1. Open Camera

2. Select the rear Camera

3. Line your iPhone up so the QR code appears directly in the center of the screen

4. As soon as your iPhone scans the code, you’ll receive a notification to open the link, or the link will open automatically.

How to scan a QR Code on an Android device

1. Check to see if your Android phone supports QR code scanning. Not all Android phones come with this ability yet.
2. Open your scanning app. Open up the app, whether it’s Bixby, QR Code Reader, Samsung Optical Reader, etc.
3. Position the QR code. Place the camera so it’s directly above or in front of the QR code so the corners show inside the edges of the scanning window. Hold the phone steady while it identifies the code.
4. Choose the correct option. The app should then provide a pop-up option to take you to Seesaw to view the content.

Using X Box to access HWB

X Box

1. Plug a key board into the X Box USB slot (please get in touch if you need a keyboard)

2. Go to my games and apps

3. Find Microsoft Edge and select it

4. Type in: HWB and log in as you would in school

5. You can then access your work through Office365 and use:

>Word

>Teams

>Excel

>Powerpoint

>Your emails (Outlook)

6.To move around you use the X Box control or plug in a mouse

Using a Play Station to access HWB

Accessing your remote learning with an Xbox.

1. Identify the Play Station internet browser icon (it is WWW with dots around it)

2. Press the PS4 logo on controller

3. Go to the library and find options for games and applications

4. Go in to applications and you will find the internet browser

5. Type HWB into the browser and log in as you would in school

6. You can then access your work through one drive and use key packages including:

>Word

>Teams

>Excel

>Powerpoint

>Your emails

>Google Classrooms
