Help and advice about violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence

The Live Fear Free Helpline is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and can provide free help and advice to:

  • anyone experiencing domestic abuse
  • anyone who knows someone who needs help, for example, a friend, family member or colleague
  • practitioners seeking professional advice.

All conversations with Live Fear Free are confidential and with staff who are highly experienced and fully trained.

C.A.L.L (Community Advice & Listening Line)

C.A.L.L is mental health helpline for Wales and open to people of all ages

Anyone concerned about their own mental health or that of a relative or friend can access this service. The C.A.L.L. helpline and text message services offer confidential listening and support to the people of Wales.

C.A.L.L is a Welsh Government funded service that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
